New hair style and color

Well I have left my job for a while to help my sister until she has her baby. I thought now was a great time to play with my hair because I am not in the co. world. So here are some pictures. I freaking love it!

Craziness!

My life is still a roller coaster these days. As you know my sister was in the hospital for preterm labor scares. She is now basically on bed rest. She put on ad on craisglist for the exact hours that I work. SO now tomorrow is my last day at my job at the montessori. I will be working for her now which i am really excited about. I wont have to be worried if something happens because I will already be there.
I have also mentioned that my grandpa is in the hospital. I have gone to SA twice in the last wee to see him at the hospital. He is good one day and horrible the next. It really is a roller coaster. He had kidney disease and now heart issues and he is 86. Its jsut sad to see someone you have so many memories with in such a helpless state like he is.
Classes are in full swing! They are going to be heck to get through but I think I can do it. I have a 4 hour literature class tuesday nights, a 4 hour math class saturday mornings, and spanish three times a week! How do you like that for going back to school. I am just trying to keep everything together and not go crazy with all the things that I feel I need to be apart of.
This could be our month as to I am late again. I took a test saturday, but it said no. AF still hasnt shown though, so im waiting a week and testing again. It will happen when it happens. I have other things to focus on right now.

papa in the hospital

I went to see my grandpa yesturday because he is in the ICU. My mom called to tell me today exaclty what happened. He did in fact have a heart attack, and he has pnemonia. When I left the hospital, she was saying that she thinks they will release him by the weekend because his heart rate is back to normal. His heart rate is back to being crazy again and he is still in the ICU. I am scared for my family and sad for him. He is scared and lonely in this new place, and I am going to miss my papa if he doesnt make it out of this. I know that he is 86 and has lived a good life, but still it is really sad because he is such a loveable old man and my papa. :(

I cant explain...

I can'e explain what I am feeling right now. I just got home from a long 24hrs. My oldest sister had been taken to the hospital for bleeding. She is 22-23 weeks pregnant and this is the second time she has had to go to the ER this month. I spent the night with her last night and luckily everything seems to have calmed down. They released her this morning. I was totally excited to see her be able to go home. It isnt going to be an easy pregnancy for her, but I know she is strong enought to handle anything that is thrown at her.
The other thing is that some aquantinces of ours did not share the same outcome that we had last night. They were in labor and delivery last night at six months pregnant. The baby did not make it.
I am just sad for them, becuase we were going through all of thse emotions. I just cant explain it. I cant even imagine what they are going though and my heart aches for them tonight.

As a woman who is trying to concieve a child it is very scary to see all of the things that can go wrong. I know that this is part of it, and part of the miracle of actually getting to bring your child home. Im just sad for them

Spring 09 at Good ol ACC

GRR-- Is all I cant think to start this one. I wait on the counselor at ACC to email me back letting me know if I need to register for Intermediate Algebra again.. Well I finally got tired of waiting after like two weeks! She finally emails me back and says that I do have to enroll in the class. I check online and the only freaking class available is a Saturday class! GRR so my scheduled pretty much sucks this sememster. I am taking a English class (ya!) and spanish. I have spanish mon wed and fri 10:45 to 12:10, American Lit II tuesday nights from 6:45 to 9:45 and of course the dreaded algebra saturday mornings till one. There goes my life for the nest semester.
A's here I come. I really need them to get my GPA back up from when I first started and was a slacker!

Fabric I bought today for niece (scheduled to arrive in may) I am going to make another quilt using these fabrics! Im so excited about this one!!!

I am so excited about starting to work with the other girls that quilt for the GP board. I have never really had a reason to start actual piecing, but I have to say it is fun! It is like putting a puzzle together with fabric. I love it. My block is a little bigger then what the specifications are, but I am hoping to figure that our soon. If not I hope the person assembeling it can....Oh well. Here is what I have come up with so far. :)

Good Vacation
